DMCA and takedowns

If you own rights in material used on Fancy Cafe AI, or you appear in an uploaded photo or generated video without permission, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Sending a notice

Email support@fancycafeai.net with the subject “DMCA.” Identify the protected work and its location on our site, and include your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. Links to the specific page or video help us act on complete notices promptly.

Counter-notices

If material was removed by mistake, email a counter-notice identifying what was removed and where it appeared. Include your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, and your signature. We may forward it to the person who sent the original notice.

Repeat infringers

We may restrict or close accounts that repeatedly upload content they do not have the right to use or that repeatedly violate valid takedown requests.
